Botanica Luxury Villas is an established property development brand in Phuket, Thailand, recognised for its distinctive approach to luxury residential design. The company's portfolio has also expanded into other parts of Phuket and beyond the island, with residential developments in Krabi and Hua Hin.

While private pool villas remain Botanica's core specialisation, the introduction of Hythe by Botanica, a condominium development in Cherngtalay, represents an expansion into a different residential property format.

According to the developer, the Botanica portfolio has grown to more than 27 projects since its first development in 2004.

Awards and Industry Recognition

Botanica's residential developments and architectural approach have received recognition within Thailand's property industry.

At the 2023 PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd. received the Best Luxury Developer (Phuket) award, while Botanica Grand Avenue won Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development (Phuket).

The company was subsequently named Best Developer (Phuket) at the 2026 PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
